loving my notecard making

I am so enjoying making notecards! Thank you.! Thank you! I have quite a collection made up now and will be sending a sample of one to each of you soon. Lindsay and I have been working together on them, so that has been fun! We met Abby today for lunch at Revolutionary Soup and walked around the downtown mall for a bit. Lindsay and I went thrifting this morning and found a couple of things. Yesterday when we took Paul to the airport, we went to the Holocaust Museum and also had time to stop at Ikea before dropping him off. Speaking of recipes I am definitely going to make the Thai dish again. That was so delicious - with the tofu. Darcy, I bet Phyllis has some tried and true bread recipes. I think she has the basic whole wheat that she uses for loaves and cinnamon roles and then I know she has one for Power Muffins (which I have somewhere but have never made). Love to all of you! Mom

When we were at Barnes & Noble looking at bread cookbooks the other night, we came to the same conclusion that we should stick with Phyllis's cookbook/recipes for now. Most of the recipes called for either making it completely by hand, or for using a bread machine. We'll be somewhere in the middle, so none of the cookbooks really fit us.

I can't wait to send out samples of our new hobby!
