Well, currently our second snowfall for the winter is falling outside of my office windows. That we've only had two snowfalls this season is surprising for the Northeast. But I'll take it. My office window looks out over our retention pond, which currently is an informal ice-skating rink, and the woods that shield our building from the road. It's a nice view. Sometime I'll have to post it here.

Jamie and his friends, Ben and Dave, went backpacking this weekend on the AT near Charlottesville. I think they had a pretty good time. I stayed with Mom and Dad and had a great time, even with Hannah coming down with a stomach bug and having to leave early. I finally made it to Basil, the Meditteranean restaurant that is Abby's current fav. . and for good reason. Mom and I also hit the Goodwill stores where I found a bedside table to refinish (Lindsay, you've inspired me!) and a few articles of clothing. We also showed Ben around downtown Charlottesville and Jamie got to visit the running store that he'd been wanting to see. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but that's most of the highlights.

Hope you all had a great weekend, too!

I know! We are heading back to Charlottesville at the end of March (Jamie is running in a race just outside of C/ville) and I want to go back so that he can try it. I think I like their gyros the best. Is that what you get?
